Migrating is easy
Two ways to bring your data over. Pick whichever feels most comfortable.
Upload your SP export file
Export your data from Simply Plural as a JSON file, then upload it here. We'll handle the rest.
- 1 Open Simply Plural and go to Settings → Export
- 2 Download the JSON export file
- 3 Create your PluralSpace account
- 4 Go to System → Import → SP Export File
- 5 Upload your file and review the preview
Connect with your SP API token
Paste your Simply Plural API token and we'll sync your data automatically. No file downloads needed.
- 1 Open Simply Plural and go to Settings → Tokens
- 2 Copy your API token
- 3 Create your PluralSpace account
- 4 Go to System → Import → SP API
- 5 Paste your token and start the sync

Common questions
Is PluralSpace free?
Yes! PluralSpace is completely free to use. We believe every system deserves access to good tools regardless of their financial situation.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and a security-first architecture. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
What if I already have a PluralSpace account?
You can import your Simply Plural data into your existing system. Just head to System → Import and choose your preferred method.
Can I use both platforms during the transition?
Of course. Simply Plural is still usable and the servers are being maintained for now. There's no rush. Take your time getting settled in.
What about PluralKit, Octocon, or other tools?
We think it's great that the community has options. We're also working on importers for PluralKit and Octocon so you can bring data from those platforms too. Use whatever combination works for your system.
