🔒 Your safety is our priority

Security & Trust

We know your system data is deeply personal. Here's exactly how we protect it.

How we protect your data

🔐

Encrypted in transit

All connections to PluralSpace use TLS encryption. Your data is never sent over an unencrypted connection.

🔑

Hashed passwords

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We never store your password in plain text, and we can't read it.

📱

Two-factor authentication

Enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication for an extra layer of protection on your account. Recovery codes included.

🛡️

Granular permissions

Control exactly who sees what with four built-in roles and customizable permissions for every feature.

👁️

Visibility controls

Set your system to public, friends-only, or fully private. Control visibility at the system level and per-member.

🚫

No tracking or ads

We don't run ads, track your behavior for marketing, or sell your data to third parties. Ever.

Your data belongs to you

We believe your system data is yours. You can export it at any time, and if you ever decide to delete your account, your data is removed. We don't hold it hostage or make it difficult to leave.

PluralSpace will never sell, license, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. We sustain ourselves through the community, not through monetizing your information.

Our commitments to you

We will never sell your data

Your information is used solely to provide PluralSpace to you. Period.

We will never show you ads

No advertising, no sponsored content, no tracking pixels from ad networks.

We will always let you export your data

Your data is portable. You can export it at any time in standard formats.

We will always let you delete your account

If PluralSpace isn't right for you, you can delete your account and data at any time.

We will be transparent about changes

If our privacy practices change, we'll tell you clearly and give you time to make decisions.

We will use respectful language

We don't pathologize, we don't use clinical framing by default, and we follow the community's lead on terminology.
