1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PluralSpace in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PluralSpace is a platform designed to help plural systems, including those with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Other Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD), and other plurality, to track fronting, manage member profiles, maintain a shared journal, and communicate within their systems. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PluralSpace. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means or create an account under false pretenses. Each system or individual may maintain one active account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PluralSpace to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, bully, or harm other users
- Post content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
- Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and store on PluralSpace, including member profiles, journal entries, and front logs. By using the service, you grant PluralSpace a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create. We do not endorse or verify any user-generated content.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using PluralSpace, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Data and Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Content you have shared with other users or systems may persist until those users or systems also delete it.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep PluralSpace available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PluralSpace at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
PluralSpace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PluralSpace and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
